What You’ll Be Doing

  • Assist with customer value analytics initiatives, from discovery through implementation, in order to ensure solutions meet goals and business needs
  • Contribute to the data design, definition and collection of customer metrics pertaining to customer conquest, attrition, retention, experience, expense and compliance
  • Ask relevant business questions and extract actionable insights from massive, highly complex, and multi-dimensional datasets
  • Maintain, enhance, add value to existing reporting, and conduct ad hoc analysis for SFCs as needed
  • Manage data integrity initiatives throughout for proactive data quality efforts
  • Provide guidance on internal BI testing and UAT of data, reports, and analytics
  • Work other team members to ensure appropriate DW design for reporting needs
  • Provide documentation, analytics training and skills development to end-users at SFCs and other business units

Who We’re Looking For

The TFS Business Intelligence Department is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Senior Analyst, Customer Value.

The primary responsibility of this role is to assist in building an enterprise wide customer value management (CVM) framework , to include cost to serve, cost to retain and cost to acquire analytics. This CVM work will be focused on TFS consumers in North America, as well as some global Toyota Sales Finance Companies (SFCs) that we serve.

A successful candidate will bring approximately 5 or more year’s consumer or risk modeling experience, along with advanced 1 st hand technical skills in SAS, SQL, R, or Python. They will also have an understanding of data warehouse concepts and data integrity standards. A Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, Applied Statistics, or a like field of study, would be considered a plus. Some work with global data assets, would be a benefit.
